Duplication functions for Graph/Template and Data Source/Template do not return and id #5446
Description
Describe the bug
When duplicating either a Data Source, Data Template, Graph or Graph Template you should be able to know the new ID as a return value which does not currently take place.
Expected behavior
Cacti should return the proper id or false if the function fails.
