Setting context for connections throws error in PHP 8.x #4960

Describe the bug
When setting a context for things like the remote agent and other call using contexts, Cacti throws the following deprecation warning:
2022-10-17 01:32:56 - ERROR PHP DEPRECATED: Automatic conversion of false to array is deprecated in file: /var/www/html/cacti/lib/functions.php on line: 6016 To Reproduce
Simply run automation on a network using PHP 8.1.11.
Expected behavior
No deprecation warnings.
