• Corrected issue #3: KPPKS breaks autoexec and database opened triggers.
• Corrected issue #4: Auto-unlocking does not trigger pluginHost.MainWindow.FileOpened.
• Corrected an issue where 1) a database is already open, 2) the user starts to open another database that uses a password login, and 3) the user cancels out of the login. Under these conditions, the already-opened database becomes locked. The only recourse is to close KeePass and relaunch it.
