Petals is now in conda-forge, see https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/climada-petals

Therefore, it is now possible to install Petals with

conda install -c conda-forge climada-petals

(This single command will also install climada)

We should adapt the installation instructions to reflect this. In particular, it will now be possible to install Petals through the Simple Instructions, which do not require cloning a repository or downloading files manually.
