Missing deprecation warning of method HazardPlot.plot_rp_intensity(). The new way of computing local exceedance intensities differs from the old one.

Generally, do we want to keep this (direct) function or just use Hazard.local_exceedance_intensity and then util.plot.plot_from_gdf instead, which does the same thing?
