Following our meeting we have de-referenced SSVC short vector form the more comprehensive JSON format. The short keys in the JSON form can be optionally identified, but is no longer required. This allows for more flexibility in having a vector form that will evolve and may later be merged into the JSON when appropriate
Also removed duplicate directory names of "examples" and "schema_examples" - collapsing them to "schema_examples"
