General improvements:

• Dracut migration: It was time we dropped mkinitcpio in favor of dracut from now on our images will continue to use dracut
• U-Boot migration: All supported ARM images now use a unified U-Boot-based config system. Old extlinux.conf-based boot config has been replaced with /etc/default/u-boot settings, with device trees and boot parameters moved accordingly.

Added support for the following RISC-V boards:

• Milk-V Jupiter
• Orange Pi RV2

CI & Workflow improvements:

Refactored GitHub Actions workflow (build.yml): split into separate build-arm and build-riscv64 jobs and switched to github hosted runners.
