Description

Update the Korean translation section of contribute.md. Prior to this commit, the section seemed to refer to an older version of the file and had missing parts.

Issue fixed

• Update existing translations to better match recent changes to the contribution guides
• Add new sentences to provide translations to newly added guides.

Type of changes

• ⚪ Bug fix (Change that fixed an issue)
• ⚪ Breaking change (Change that can cause existing functionality to change)
• ⚪ Improvement (Change that improves the code. Maybe performance or development improvement)
• ⚪ Feature (Change that adds new functionality)
• 🔘 Documentation change (Change that modifies documentation. Maybe typo fixes)
