Format markdown notes with Prettier. #3039

Current behavior
Usually, after writing a note, I manually format it. (Recently, Markdown lint has been added, but formatting has to be done manually.)
Expected behavior
If I enter any shortcut key while writing a note, the note is formatted with Prettier.
