Inconsistent scrollbar appearance #2902
Description
Current behavior
Scrollbar has a chrome-style appearance on preview mode. This does not happen on dual or markdown mode. I tried changing UI and editor themes but I believe it's beyond that.

- OS Version and name : Linux Ubuntu 18.10
