Can't scroll to bottom of editor pane #2636

Current behavior
Last lines of editor pane are not visible because I cannot scroll to the very bottom.

Expected behavior
I can scroll to the bottom.
Steps to reproduce
- Install Boostnote
- Open "Welcome to Boostnote!" example note
- Try to scroll to bottom in the editor pane
Environment
- Version : Boostnote 0.11.11
- OS Version and name : Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit
