- Created tests/Fixtures/FormatOptions/ with all necessary files
- Added Background section with fixture initialization
- Moved --no-colors to Background (common to all scenarios)
- Fixed pystring delimiters in apples.feature (''' to """)
- Used ->addContext() pattern in behat.php config
- All 5 scenarios passing
