Describe the bug

I've tried both 1.40.5 and 1.40.4 and without any extra mods as well and still get this error, I approved beatsaber in my firewall and it still gives me this error, and at the same time my friend with the exact same installation can connect just fine. my network otherwise is perfectly normal, no vpn.
