Please add your fix to the Makefile as well and squash the lint fixes into the previous commit. Thanks! |

Ok, the lint warnings are fixed (make lint gives no errors). I changed the Makefile using the commit from kmatzen |

This should be fixed by #1261 which included a few other fixeds. Thanks for also submitting a fix @eendebakpt. |
