Sometimes the fee calculation exec fails, potentially due to a bad node connection, however we don't have a refresh button in the airdrop card, so the only way to reset it is to navigate to another page and return to the perform airdrop page for it to try recalculating.

With a failed fee calculation the broadcast button is disabled.
