Description of the bug

Stylevars defined in the packages (rather than in code) do not save their value across restarts, or save/load from palettes.

Expected behavior

They should save

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn off restart when reaching exit
2. Save a palette with settings
3. Restart BEE2
4. ❌ Restart when reaching exit has been re-enabled
5. Load the palette
6. ❌ Restart when reaching exit is still enabled
