Description of the bug

The main purpose of the small icons that are present in the item properties window, is that when you mouse-hover on them, a tooltip would appear to identify/clarify what those icons means (because most people do not have idea what those icons are meant to represent). However, since the item properties window now renders over everything, their tooltips are no longer visible, unfortunately.

So, if this tooltip issue is not really fixable, I suggest to get rid of those small icons because they would be useless without the tooltip not being entirely visible.

Expected behavior

The tooltips from the BEEmod user interface must be visible.

Steps to reproduce

Deploy the item properties window by doing right-click on an item from the BEEmod palette, then do mouse-hover in any of their small icons that are present in this window, you will notice that their tooltips are no longer entirely visible and in some cases it would not appear at all.
