BEE2 version: 4.39.2

Description of the bug:
"Unlock Default Items" no longer works, causing the items to still be locked.

Expected behavior:
The items become delete-able and copy-able

Steps to reproduce:
Enable "Unlock Default Items",
Try to delete a default item.
