Description of the bug

Retractable floor buttons are missing their outputs, making them effectively useless. Both the inputs and outputs are specified, but only the inputs get exported to the combined editoritems.txt.

Expected behavior

Retractable floor buttons should have an output.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a retractable floor button
2. Connect its output to another item
3. You can't, the connection selector won't highlight when over an item like the exit door, and connecting it to another item with both inputs and outputs (such as logic gates) will connect that item as an input instead.

Additional information

The inputs use the new BEE2 connection style, while the outputs still use the old CONNECTION_STANDARD system, so it seems like that might not be handled properly?
