Update AzurePowerShellCredential for breaking change in Get-AzAccessToken #41508
Description
The Get-AzAccessToken cmdlet has introduced a breaking change in Az 14.0.0. Update the Azure Identity library's AzurePowerShellCredential to support the output type change in the latest Az.Accounts module.
