This feature allows to get, set and remove Microsoft support auditing settings (aka DevOps auditing settings) in SQL server.

The following cmdlets have been added:
'Get-AzSqlServerMSSupportAudit', 'Set-AzSqlServerMSSupportAudit' and 'Remove-AzSqlServerMSSupportAudit'
