Description of the new feature
Swagger link with new features: Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#13155
As discussed in meeting with Dingmeng:
- Add 2 new get cmdlets: Get-AzCloudServiceOsVersion and Get-AzCloudServiceOsFamily
- Add 1 additional parameter for New-AzCloudService (allowModelOverride). This should be returned with the Get/list cmdlets as well
- API version used for the new package will be updated to 2021-03-01
