Init will pull in all the of the files in https://github.com/Azure-Samples/azd-ai-starter-basic

This has too many unwanted files like git templates, readmes, licenses, etc. Its the entire repo, not just the things I actually need to start an agent.

This should be improved to reduce the noise.
