Describe the bug
az cli is showing me all of my subscriptions (54), but in the Portal I have a filter set to show me only 2 subscriptions that I care about:
To Reproduce
Run azd up --template todo-nodejs-mongo
Expected behavior
By default, I want to see 2 subscriptions in the list, honoring the filter I have in the Portal. But there should be a way to override this behavior - Perhaps with an option of 0. [Show all subscriptions]
