when there are more than two AAD directories, the listing of the subscription will be a listing of ALL subscriptions from both Tenants. What makes this so confusing is if you have one tenant that has a huge number of subscriptions and another that has only one or two then you don't expect to see a long list when you connect to the tenant with a few subs.
It would probably help if azd first show the list of tenants and, after selecting one of them, show the subscriptions.
