  License - Azure Developer CLI Templates trust notice get the link for the notice from @savannahostrowski @hhunter-ms
• Add to azd init print a link to our DevHub with some preamble (“Learn more about running 3rd party code:” or something so we can maintain a single source of truth. Check with @savannahostrowski for any questions.
