Running brew link without unlink raises this error:
brew link --overwrite python@3.11
Warning: Already linked: /opt/homebrew/Cellar/python@3.11/3.11.9
To relink, run:
brew unlink python@3.11 && brew link python@3.11

Description
Fix #29054 by relinking the brew
python@3.xxformula.Original error message:
This can be reverted after runner image fixing actions/runner-images#9966
PS: I guess this results from a change in runner image: The pre-installed packages do not requires
python@3.11exceptazure-cli. Previously, uninstallingazure-clidoes not removepython@3.11and this bug is not triggered.
