Azure CLI 2.37.0 will be released for Microsoft Build 2022 as a breaking change window.

There are some command groups/commands/arguments that will be deprecated in Azure CLI 3.0.0, but since there is no plan to bump Azure CLI to 4.0.0, #16380 has been closed. As an alternative, all deprecated command groups/commands/arguments should be removed in Azure CLI 2.37.0.
