Add a visual indicator to let the user aware at a glance if they are sending an encrypted private message (via Direct Message (DM), or encrypted channel) or if they're sending on a hashtag channel, which effectively is not secure. Perhaps a green padlock icon if on encrypted channel and DM, red open padlock if on a hashtag channel.
