Description

When you use escape to close the notifications window you cant re-click to open it again, you have to click another button first

Expected Behavior

Click to open notifications, esc to close, click again to open

Steps to Reproduce

I don't think I changed anything that has to do with notifications, so just install, click notifications, close using escape, and try to reopen by clicking
