Feature Description

Since DMS windows (like settings, system monitor, etc) are now normal windows and not overlay type windows, I don't usually expect normal windows to close with ESC, so I often accidentally close them along with popups and stuff (app launcher, power menu, etc).

Use Case

To not accidentally close DMS windows when pressing ESC.
