Description

The time selector of the weather in the control center is always in 12 hours AM/PM format instead of 24h format ; regardless of the time format defined in the settings.

Expected Behavior

The time selector should change according to the time format setting.

Steps to Reproduce & Installation Method

1. Toggle on "24-Hour Format" in the settings
2. Restart DMS (I noticed that the other displayed time information in the weather section aren't updated to the correct format right after changing the setting, a restart of DMS is needed)
3. The time selector is still in AM/PM format
