This Page Builder calls the Visual Editor, and all extra buttons like the Contact Form one, in a modal:
Unfortunately, it doesn't quite work. You can't edit existing forms, and adding new forms sometimes fails to bring up the default form, and opens the form editor with no default fields at all.
