[Feature]: filtering on github -> issues #509

@ruant

Description

@ruant

Feature Area

UI/UX (User Interface)

Priority

Would improve my workflow

Problem Statement

Currently there is no filtering options at all when looking at the list of issue fetched from github for the repository.
Would be nice to filter by open/closed. And labels.

Proposed Solution

Add filters for state and labels

Use Cases

I'm not interested in seeing all the closed issues, and i really want to be able to filter by labels, that way i can find issues that are "grouped" together since i label all issues with what area in the app they are, if it's ui/ux related, brand new features +++
