After committing changes on a worktree, making a refinement on a task that adds more changes don't occur on worktree

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a task to a worktree
2. Commit changes
3. Refine the existing task

Expected Behavior

Changes appear in worktree

Changes are on main repo
