Context

DESIGN_SPEC Section 14.3 envisions a community marketplace for sharing company templates, custom role definitions, and workflow configurations.

Acceptance Criteria

• Research: template sharing formats and standards
• Template export format (standardized YAML with metadata)
• Template import/validation from external sources
• Template registry/index design (local catalog of installed templates)
• Security considerations for untrusted templates (Jinja2 SandboxedEnvironment already in place)
• Rating/review system design (future web UI)
• Design document with architecture and API spec
