• Department cards: consistent with org chart department display
• Agent cards: same AgentCard component used everywhere (design principle Design unified provider interface (base classes, protocols) #3)
• CRUD operations: create/edit/delete departments and agents
• Drag-drop reordering: reorder departments and agents within departments
• Visual feedback: save/load state indicators, optimistic updates
• Edit modes: GUI view + YAML code editor toggle
• Company info form: company name, description, general config
