Fixed an issue where replacing a dotted note head (e.g., full head to void) would lose the connection to its augmentation dot. The 'addInter' method in 'InterController' now salvages 'AugmentationRelation' connections from the old note head before it is removed and reapplies them to the newly instantiated note head.
