[Feature] Update README and product positioning copy #134

@Astro-Han

Description

@Astro-Han

What task are you trying to do?

We want the README and product copy to reflect PawWork's new direction: an AI agent for everyone, made easy, while still remaining credible and useful for technical users.

What do you do today?

The product positioning can drift toward developer-tool language or broad "super app" framing. That does not match the intended product feel for non-technical knowledge workers and can make the product harder to understand at first glance.

What would a good result look like?

The README top positioning and related product copy use clear, approachable language around helping people get work done. The copy can say "AI Agent for everyone, made easy" or a product-fit equivalent, but it should not exclude technical users or make PawWork sound like a toy.

Which audience does this matter to most?

Both

Extra context

This should be a copy and documentation issue only. Harness behavior, tool registry changes, and prompt changes belong in the other issues.

Acceptance criteria

  • The README top positioning reflects the agreed direction.
  • Product copy avoids "super app" framing.
  • Product copy avoids unnecessary technical jargon where user-task language is clearer.
  • Technical users are not excluded or made to feel the product is not for them.
  • No harness behavior or code behavior changes are included in this issue.
