Set displayName for contexts so that they rendered with proper name in React Devtools, thus improve developer experience.
Test Plan
When you see tree in React Devtools, it'll show SafeAreaInsetsContext.Provider and SafeAreaFrameContext.Provider instead of just mere Context.Provider.
