1.2(which we generated since at least 9/2022).bitsettype causes the generated abi version to be1.3.callandcall_resultssections in ABI files for sync calls and bump ABI version to1.3#353 will be updated to use the scheme in this PR.Also, this PR disables the command line flag
--abi-versionwhich was used to force an abi version.
