Project Refactor

The project has no defined code style and is a bit of a mess. An EditorConfig has been added, along with a DotSettings file for people that use Rider and ReSharper.

Updated Elements

Updated all UI Elements that had breaking changes, and improved some of the ones that didn't.
I've cherry picked some of the commits from @NermNermNerm, which are included in the branch.

Outstanding Items

• Most of the DGA code will likely have to be removed, since I've heard that it will not be updated for 1.6, since most of those features are now implemented by SpaceCore or ContentPatcher.
  Some features with custom crops might not work as intended, and need testing.
• The project is still incredibly messy and in need of a refactor. I hope to have the modules refactored into something more extensible in the near future.
• I'm sure there will be stuff in the real 1.6 update that isn't covered by the mod that will need fixing
