Is there a case in which max_num_ipv4_fib_entries should not be equal to max_num_ipv4_rules and max_num_ipv6_fib_entries not equal to max_num_ipv6_rules? All these parameters are found in file lua/gk.lua. If these equalities should always hold, we can drop parameters max_num_ipv4_fib_entries and max_num_ipv6_fib_entries to simplify the configuration of GK blocks.
