TrackLaw

TrackLaw puts the law in front of the people. Using publically available data from Congress, TrackLaw displays current legislation currently being discussed and passed through Congress, as well as its status and who is in charge of it. TrackLaw provides a summary of the bill so that users can get an overview, but also have the option to open of the bill and read it for themselves. The goal of TrackLaw is to put the law in the hands of the people, so that they can review it and form their own opinions, without the risk of media biases.

Contributions:

Hi my name is Matthew Quintero!

On our tracklaw app, I helped our doing the user data base and login/register/opening page. I used databases like Firebase In order to keep log of who register's and who logs in. I also helped in our production of Google gemini.

Adam Hirshson

I set up the homescreen once signed in, legislation summary page, chat box, and PDF viewer. To fill these screens, I worked with the U.S. Congress API, our Firebase database, and the Google Gemini API.
