Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Update screen -> context menu -> Permissions
2. Give all permissions that are needed
3. Enable Ad blocking, Basic protection, DNS protection and AG DNS filter
4. Remember the time of the last update of AG DNS filter and AG Base filter
5. Go to Settings -> General -> App and filter updates -> Auto-update filters
6. Choose 'Every hour'
7. Wait for 2 hours
8. Check the time of the last update of AG DNS filter and AG Base filter

Expected Behavior

The filters were updated within the last 2 hours

Actual Behavior

The filters weren't updated within the last 2 hours
