Android 15, Sony Xperia 10 VI

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the AdGuard app.
2. Navigate to Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Low-level settings -> Excluded apps.
3. Add the UID of the Chrome application to the list.
4. Save the changes.
5. Return to the Home screen and enable protection.
6. Open any website in the Chrome browser.
7. Go back to the AdGuard app and check if any requests from Chrome appear in the Recent activity log.

Expected behaviour

Requests from the Chrome application do not appear in the Recent activity log.

Actual behaviour

Requests from the Chrome application appear in the Recent activity log.

Additional info

Add an option to exclude root via Excluded apps in Low-level settings.
