DNS filters are able to be updated if the DNS filters switch is disabled 

### Version
AdGuard for Android 4.5 

### Environment
Android 13 

### Steps to reproduce 
1. Go to Protection tab -> DNS Protection 
2. Disable `DNS filters` switch, keep `DNS protection` switch enabled 
3. Open Home tab and tap the `Update` button 


### Expected behaviour 
DNS filters is marked as disabled 


### Actual behaviour
DNS filters is marked as updated or "Up to date"
