Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Low-level settings -> Filter secure DNS
- Select Redirect to DNS proxy
- Reboot your device
Expected Behavior
Redirect to DNS proxy remains selected
Actual Behavior
Filter on the fly is selected now
