Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open AG
2. Navigate to Recent activity
3. Try to scroll down slowly
   You will observe slight stuttering and some resistance to scroll down initially.

Expected Behavior

It should scroll down smoothly on the page

Actual Behavior

There is some stuttering observed when scrolling down. See video link
