After a conversation with our dear user @thisnugroho, he suggested including custom rules to trigger specific events.
Taking his example, you could define a rule to trigger an event when a file contains a .php extension.

We want to include a new rules.yml file that contains a set of rules to process for each path inside the configuration.
This approach will move part of the rules stress code to another file, keeping config.yml cleaner.
